UCB Interview

UCB’s Vision Statement

United Christian Broadcasters is a Christian media charity that exists to offer every person, in every place, every moment of the day, the opportunity to hear, watch or read the Word of God in a relevant and engaging way.

How can I listen to UCB?

You can listen to UCB 1 and UCB 2 on DAB radio across the UK, wherever there is a DAB signal (you’ll need to check that your DAB radio is DAB+ compatible). Digital (DAB) radios are available (starting from around £30) from most electrical retailers and larger supermarkets. Unlike the older style analogue radios, they’re tuned alphabetically, so UCB 1 and UCB 2 doesn’t have a radio frequency. Plug in your DAB radio and scroll to the ‘U’ section until you find us. If you’re not sure if you can receive DAB where you live, check the Postcode checker here to see which UCB stations you can get in your area https://getdigitalradio.com

You can listen live or on-demand to any of our stations on the UCB Player app. You can access more information about shows and presenters through the station pages above. You can also listen online via our website or by searching for any of our stations on online radio services like Radioplayer and TuneIn.Alternatively you can also listen to UCB on a Smart speaker.

UCB1 and UCB2 can now be heard on Freeview Connected TVs.

In simple terms, as long as your TV has Freeview and it is connected to the internet and a digital aerial, you can now select channel 277 (listed as UK Radio Portal) and click on the UCB1 or UCB2 logo to hear your station of choice.

Depending on your internet connection and model of TV, it may take a while to start the channel once you’ve selected it. It may also take a while for the station sound to play.  But once it does, you’ll be able to hear your favourite radio station on your telly!
