Encounter Easter anew for all ages: 16th – 22nd April 2025
When we take wrath and sacrifice out of the picture, how do we see Easter?
The story of Jesus’ death on the cross is central to Christianity but, for many, the traditional interpretation of the sacrifice and bodily resurrection of Jesus have become stumbling blocks. In this journey through the events of Holy Week we will explore together the power of those events through a different lens.
This is a journey for all ages. Through led conversations and creative arts, we will reflect on different perspectives of why Jesus died, and the transformational possibilities of his resurrection in our lives and in the world today. Worship will be intrinsic to our shared experience.
