Beach Prayer Walks

Join us for a rejuvenating week visiting three local beaches, where we will pause every 20 minutes to read a passage on spirituality and reflect on it while listening to the soothing sounds of the waves and seabirds. You’ll have the opportunity to share light or deeper insights with others in the group as we journey together.

At midday, enjoy a sandwich and cold drink for lunch, with the chance to paddle in the water on the way back or stop for tea and cakes. You can also take extra time to relax on the beach and reflect on the day’s moments.

We return to the Abbey in time for Vespers, followed by a light supper and a spiritual session to close the day before Compline.

This guided retreat includes full board and light refreshments.
